At a glance
You want one report with 71 polygenic risk scores and trait predictions, for a one-time $20–$29.99, from your 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, tellmeGen, or WGS file.
You want to pick from a large catalog of individual apps, or you want to buy whole genome sequencing and analysis from the same company.
How an app marketplace works
Sequencing.com stores your DNA data and lets you run individual analysis apps on it, each covering a topic. You pick and pay for apps one at a time or through a membership. Because each app is its own analysis, methods and depth vary, so it is worth checking what each one is based on before buying.
Sequencing.com also sells whole genome sequencing, so it suits people who want sequencing and analysis from one company.
When one report is simpler
If your question is "what is my genetic risk for common diseases?", one report that covers all of it is usually cheaper and easier to read than assembling several apps. Genomisaur's Full Health Report computes 71 polygenic risk scores in one pass, cites the study behind each, and shows each score's accuracy, for a single one-time price.
If you have a whole-genome VCF from Sequencing.com, you can upload it directly; WGS processing adds $20.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a WGS VCF from Sequencing.com?
Yes, if it is a single-sample VCF or VCF.GZ aligned to GRCh37 or GRCh38. WGS processing is $20 per genome.
Is this medical advice?
No. Polygenic risk scores describe genetic predisposition relative to other people; they are not a diagnosis, and lifestyle and family history matter as much or more. Discuss anything concerning with a doctor or genetic counselor. Consumer arrays also miss many rare, high-impact variants, so a normal result does not rule out a hereditary condition. Most published scores, including ours, were developed in European-ancestry data, so results are less precise for people of other ancestries.
Informational, not diagnostic
Consumer genetic reports — ours, Sequencing.com's, and others — are informational. Carrier and polygenic risk results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider or genetic counselor before making medical or reproductive decisions.
